My 2 cents. In about 2002, more or less, I bought a complete RU/GF installation for a Navy trainer, maybe the SNJ?  I paid $100 for everything in original boxes. I mean everything! It was a great find and an great experience.  As it was not a viable on-the-air asset, I later traded the consignment for an as-new condition BC-375E with extra tubes and TUs. Never looked back as I actually used that setup regularly. If someone has the burning desire and/or deep pockets, FB for that person. But, that's the no-go decision for whomever.  As a middle of the road collector/ user... maybe $800.
