Check our the Lord website.  They may have actually made the originals.  May have exactly what you are looking for or a close equivalent.  Mounts for supporting specific weight components should be in their product lines.  You may be able to use their site to find a specific Lord product which you can find as old stock elsewhere on the Web.

 As best as I can gauge by the photo in the manual the base of the shock looks to be about 1.75" square. The unit is almost 20lbs. You should have some difficulty if you press down on the rubber shock. I had 4 small shocks that would have worked but bottomed out when the unit was place on them...I could depress the rubber shock with my thumb no problem.
 Hopeing someone might have 4 of these in a junk box. No luck at Fair Radio and ebay..so far.
