Does anyone have a dust cap that fits the Loop antenna spline connector for the L to A antenna switch on a R-series Command Receiver with Loop Antenna configuration? I need one.

They're not very common, but they do surface from time to time,
Phil,. They have the same thread as the receiver tuning control
connection on the right side of the receiver - 1/2"-27TPI, and I
have also seen them used occasionally on the Navy RU and Signal
Corps SCR-183/283 dual range tuning units to protect the Hi-LOW band
switch cable/lever interface threads. They're not difficult to make
if you have a small lathe and a knurling tool. I can provide a
fabrication sketch if anyone needs one.
