The heck with waiting. I would appeal to eBay - send them pictures and ask for your money back asap.  If anything eBay tends to support the buyer much more than the seller, so go get them.  This deserves a zero rating and full refund.  Do make sure all your communications with ebay and the seller are done ONLY through the eBay messaging process. What a rip off.
