Hello,

I'm about to power up my two receivers BC-453-454 for bring them to life.

But, when I checked the Resistance Table, neither of them have the resistance close, or according to the Table.

I checked the wires as the circuit and they are exactly as it should be.(original)

I checked the tubes, all are quite new-

I checked all resistors, and they are more or less as the should be.

I checked the Capacitors.All news, I replaced them in one case, not short-circuits.

The point is, I don't know what else can I do, to bring the resistance to values as in the table.

Do you suggest me  to power it up?

Please give me ideas what to do before making a mess.
