Well that's dis-concerting.
I haven't seen any post with specific numbers,
only that they didn't match what's in the table.
Did you see my posts about the probable area to check? Look in the vicinity where the resistance is the least!All of the other reading are low due to one fault. find and remove that fault and all the others will be ok.
It is obviously a resistive short in the plate B+ line from the numbers you showed us.
