I did not mean to imply that the Cal-Test clip leads should replace heirloom/homebrewed leads. I have some of those cherished good leads as well. My point was that most current production jumper clips are very, very bad, but I did find one set that was of decent construction.

The links still work for me on multiple browsers and lead to the CT2394 clip leads I am describing. They are rated at 300 volts and 5 amps. Here's a link to the datasheet...
