looks like there is a resistive "short"  on a B+ line somewhere because it affects so many tubes.

we were discussing metallic whiskers that grow on the tuning cap plates which cause shorts a few days ago.  One of those gangs has B+ on it if memory serves, That would definitely drag the line down.

I've replaced the capacitors, and once it is ready for plug the power I did the test of the Resistance to ground terminals

Almost all of them are OK, but those they should mesure14.000 Ohms, they are lower. I checked twice everything, change lamps VTs, for different ones.But not matter what  I do, it notpossible to reach the 14K Ohms or close to it.
Any idea to help, please?
