Yes, a number of us have full up and running SCR-274N systems.   You can see mine at

The only thing I would note that stands out to me is the leg mount straight key.  I doubt they were ever used, as I doubt any straight key was ever used in a "real" SCR-274N setup. The  SCR-274N system was used for short range plane to plane and plane to ground transmissions using AM.   To the best of my knowledge, SCR-274N's were not used for CW communications as we use them today.   The only operational usage for CW was when the pilot pushed the large button on the pilots control box (key down) so that a ground station could provide a bearing to the aircraft.
