[ARC5] RU remote tune dial

Someone wrote me a while ago, looking for the 100 to 0 dial for RU receiver. No, not 0 to 100.
Assuming i have not yet taken care of that request, and assuming the fellow still wants this part -

specifying if satisfactory just the dial itself or if the whole remote tune head is needed.
