Yep, 5mA FS is what the SX-28(A) and the AR-88(X) needs.

Providing that the movement works in reverse, however (resting on the right
side when the receiver is off).

With my stock of tiny 1/8 watt resistors and a battery and VM, i calculate
FS at 5 MA.
