[ARC5] ARC R-13B Receiver

The R-13B and its C-22 control were part of the Aircraft Radio
Corporation Type 15, which was a VOR set.

Known by the military as the AN/ARN-30. The military manual is
TM 11-520.

I can probably make some scans, but it will take me a few
days to do that.
