That could me, all right. According to my calculations, they would require 600 mA at 24 VDC,
which would be 14 watts.
At 6 VDC, that would be 150 mA, which seems more reasonable, and 0.9 watts.
But even that seems high for a relay.
I suppose we could compare those figures with other relays...
Might anyone know the specs for the relays that are in the ARC-5 transmitters?
Maybe Mark could measure the coil-resistance of the selector relay in one of his transmitters.
