Sorry this has taken me so long.  Dealing with health issues.
(Aside: Mark- finally getting my last two connectors plus pin
repair leaves on the way.)

Having the "leaves" of the dynamotor male pins
come off is not uncommon.

The pins consist of a central post with  a smaller-diameter
"nub" on the top end. (red line),
a ring around the bottom (green line), a solder terminal
underneath and the leaves.
The leaves have a hole at the top end which fits the "nub."

To replace the leaves, tin the "nub" and the
hole at the top of the leaves.  Do not allow solder to run
between the leaves.  It must be cleaned-away so the
leaves are free.
Slip the leaves over the post,
holding the leaves so that when the "nub" engages the
leaves, the bottom of the leaves are engaged by the
ring at the base of the pin.  Using a minimum amount
of solder, re-solder the pin nub to the leaves.
Once done, flex the leaves to assure they are free.

Replacing the connector.
NOS connector has a ring around its base.

When installed, a conical cylinder presses this ring
to upset it onto the chassis.
Here is a used connector showing how the
base is upset into the chassis.
Yes-it's a bit gnarly; I used a small screwdriver to
"un-fold"it enough to get it out, then straightened
it with needle-nose pliers.

To mount the new connector:
Insert the plug into the dynamotor base.
Mount the dynamotor  on it's posts.
Use wooden sticks/wedges to press the
connector firmly into the chassis, checking
that it is fully fitted.
Apply a small amount of epoxy or
glue-of-your-choice to fix the connector in place.
Let set overnight before removing the dynamotor.

I hope this is of help.
