[ARC5] Right angle drives

FWIW I have a right angle drive on my Type-12 R-19 receiver.  It is marked
MX 22  ARR-2.  Looks like a manufacturer code CZP.  (Plastimold?)  Works
great with the flex drive to the tuning panel.
