I think litz has been explained.  Litz a contraction of litzendraht meaning woven wire.   You will find more on the web.  It's purpose is to reduce "skin effect" at frequencies between about mid audio and about  2 Mhz. Outside this range it has no advantage over plain wire.  Sent from my Galaxy

Here is a suggestion.  I have a MAB set, and I think an original headset for it but no antenna and no mike.  It even has crystals installed. How about we make this available to the Group for such demos?By the way, I have heard of Lintz wire but how does it differ from regular wire?
