Well, Dennis, I cannot tell much from the photos. It is obvious that the original builder made 
some very extensive modifications to the transmitter, but exactly what those are we would 
have to have the transmitter to open up to examine.

As far as the modulator is concerned, the same thing holds: we would have to have the 
modulator here to dismantle to see what it contains.

Although it is built into the "case" for a transmitter, I have never seen such an extensive build 
before. Perhaps someone else on the forum here has seen something like this before now.

You might take the outer covers and the bottom plates off both, then take some more photos 
of the insides, but DO use .JPGs instead of those WEBP photos, if you know how to.
