[ARC5] [Milsurplus] Resistors and capacitors

...and I recommend checking the value of purchased resistors, before
storing or installing them.  I purchased a lot of 10K, 10 watt wire-wound
"cement" resistors and measured them.  One, marked "10K," measured 165K.
Mismarked?  Bad manufacture?  Who knows, but not what I intended to install!
