[ARC5] QRP Ops

I've built many homebrew and kit QRP rigs.  You can see some of them posted on my website:

My latest interesting project is a modern QRP transceiver built into a BC-221.

Please don't freak out over the ruination of a "good" frequency meter.   It was not complete - someone had already damaged it and robbed parts out of it.  My project actually covered up some of the physical damage.  The juxtaposition of antique and modern gear has allowed me to introduce some newer hams to vintage frequency meters.
