 Support those local surplus stores.  Don't do as many do & treat them as a free storage unit for stuff you might want to use some day.  If you see something interesting, buy it.  Because if too many delay those purchases, it's sure as heck that one day the store will be gone and all those interesting items will be in the landfill or metal scrapper, gone forever.
