[ARC5] CH-113 Labrador helicopter HF set question

Colleagues,

I'd like to ask for help in identification of the HF set from ca. 1963 
used on the Canadian CH-113 Labrador helicopter (a version of the CH-46 
Sea Knight). The control unit of the HF set is visible in the attachment 
under #8. Could it be something related to the A.R.C.'s AN/ARC-39?
