[ARC5] AN/ARC-12

I would assume there are still legacy DME, transponder, and other pulse
uses.  The Pave PAWS missile warning radar uses (or used) over 10,000 as
drivers in the phased array.  Plus some goofy uses, I'm sure. 
I have never had to purchase one, as they seem to breed in my tube storage
shed.
