[ARC5] 28V DC mains power supply inquiry

I would like to ask for recommendations for a 28V DC mains power supply 
with worldwide availability to power 28V DC avionics at home, which 
would accept 220-240V AC and which would generate low RFI. I noticed at 
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wEHs31HJLmM that the German-made PULS 
GmbH SL20 power supplies were used to power a 618T-3. It seems that the 
SL power supplies by PULS are no longer made, but sometimes they can be 
purchased. The Taiwanese Meanwell is widely available, but they are also 
reported to generate RFI, which actually disqualifies them.

Could you please share your experiences on such reasonably priced power 
supplies and specify the brand and series of such units that worked well 
with avionic radio equipment?
