Although they can take a couple of months, there is a Czech firm 
(https://www.krystaly.cz/en/products/quartz-crystals/) that will make 
crystals in almost any frequency. My most recent order for a 2.3067 MHz 
HC-49/U part was $20 each plus $8 postage.
