[ARC5] USAF usage of the A.R.C. R-22 BCB receiver

The warhead goes one way, the guidance another way, and the propulsion system goes somewhere else. There are different paths for recycling or destroying each part. There are also different level of security and classification for each major part.
It is a complex and somewhat secretive process.

When I worked at White Sands, In heard a “metropolitan legend”. This said that a farmer found an unused booster rocket from a Nike Hercules in a junk yard. In a moment of rare intelligence, he mounted the booster on the bed of his El Camino. He kicked the tires and lit the fire. They are still looking for him!
