Before starting my own design I found a basic ARC-5 knob on Thingiverse, 
an open source 3D file sharing site. Downloaded the file and had one 
printed in 22 minutes and installed on the radio well before bedtime.

Thus concludes my lecture on "Why Every Ham Needs a 3D Printer".
