I have an MAB HF Transceiver chassis with cover available. Anybody want it? No cables, case, antenna or power supply. It's been sitting on the shelf since mid-2001. I'd intended to get it running, as I had one of the ex-Fair Radio units in the mid-1980's which I gave away before 1990...
Transceiver chassis - 1 pound, 4 ounces. Spare tubes + pins - 2.1 ounces. Figure a shipping weight of 3 pounds.
Transceiver size - 6.25 X 3.5 X 1.75 inches.
The transceiver has all it's tubes. I wrote a pencil note on the side saying all the tubes tested good.
Spare Tubes: 1S5 (NOS boxed), 1R5 (marked with Sharpie - Short), 1T4, 3S4 X 2.
Connector - 15 pin connector which could be modified for the 11 pin connector on the chassis. I also saved a bunch of PCB mounted brass pins which may also be useful...
May have some 2-4 Mhz. FT-243 crystals for test.
