[ARC5] German Avionics Video

A couple of comments/

First, we had some extremely complex electromechanical devices in wide
use.  The Norden bomb sight comes to mind.

Second, for quite a long time the life expectancy of any war plane in WW II
was quite short, so the complex equipment did not have to last very long.
