Thanks for the checkup, Craig.  I'm just overwhelmed at the moment with 
a pile of tasks away from home.  I sent Dave the note below in reply to 
his query this morning:

I have!  I hear from him almost every day.  I suppose he just gets busy 
on other things.  His ADHD has not improved with age, except that the 
Hyperactivity element has definitely abandoned him, so he's slowed down 
a lot.
