Phil announced his retirement over a year ago, at that point he opened the
door for any of you to come in and pick what you wanted and negotiate a
price! I took the time to visit there a couple of times and negotiate a
price for the individual pieces I was interested in. The auction was held
to clean the property out so he can retire!
