[ARC5] X / Y cap values

Good Evening All,

        While packing for a Hamfest this last Saturday, I came across a
few bags of 0.047 X / Y caps. They are rated as Y1 500~, 400~. So most
Boatanchors seem to use a 0.1 to 0.01 from line to ground. How critical
is this value ?. As I have a few receivers await there turn on to the
service bench. I would like some input on if I should use these.
