[ARC5] Resistor Excursions

FYI.  I went through all the unusual looking R's in my N and found all to
be high.  It ranged from 10% (no biggie) to 60%.  Naturally the higher
values drifted the most.   Further if those same R's were to be tested over
temp I would be surprised if they still met original temco specs.  I bet
the higher value ones also drift quite a bit from cold start to final
cabinet temp.
