[ARC5] AN/ARN-6 ADF S-meter Dzus panel question

Colleagues,

Could you please identify the nomenclature and maker of the ARN-6 ADF 
Dzus panel with an S-meter as indicated on the attached scan from the 
Martin B-57B bomber manual?

The C-1415/ARN panel seen in the bottom of the picture was the usual 
complement of the set, but what about the one with an S-meter?
