I see left to right some different items:

There are significant electrical and mechanical differences between AN/ARC-5 transmitters compared to ATA or SCR-274-N transmitters that makes them NOT interchangeable.  ATA and SCR-274-N transmitters are interchangeable, but in a complete installation other components of SCR-274-N must be wired for low AF impedance to properly interchange with ARA/ATA.
