Let's see...no key jack, no extra antenna connector or SO-239, one looks like roller coil gone, otherwise looks like a go, if a frequency range fits your fancy. 

For some time i have thought that a collection of smartly modified ex-military radio might be interesting. I'd guess that more mods and conversions than
not, were not well done, and are in the category of 'hacks'. 

I have an APS-13 on my floor now that i should process today. I got it for $1 or $2 at an auction, no money really. I needed to take a look inside to see if
it was donatable to anyone, but inside is severely hacked and with a folded up paper from 'Arrow Sales', N. Hollywood CA, on converting to an AM mode
420 MHz transceiver. So it's pull the tubes, remove the added audio transformers, and the rest goes to the metals cauldron.
