[ARC5] [Milsurplus] BCB AM: The End Draweth Neigh.

The FCC rules sure seem to work backward. “….device must accept interference from outside….” But has no apparent limit to interference generation by the device itself.

 I’m always surprised that the military and 1st Responders don’t weigh in on all the QRM on the air.
