[ARC5] WTB: RAV stuff

RAV 9-13.5 is the "Holy Grail" of Command Set collecting.
Only one has ever been spotted, and that by Gordon decades ago.
I have personally seen one RAV dynamotor, which I sent
to someone more worthy than me to preserve.
