The potential ham shack will be on the second floor of my brother's garage, north of Seattle.
No way to build a ramp up there and no way to get a forklift up the narrow stairs. I'm liking 
the idea of lytics and no choke and overclocked power transformer. I will be using a separate
transformer for tube heaters, so the B+ overclock is probably okay.
