I don't recall exactly what the 18 - 24 unemployment rate in China is, but I think I read 20%. There are a lot of people there who 
are "hungry", as in, hungry to earn some money. I was thinking, if the Germans have any factory there, the "good enough to sell"
attitude must drive them crazy. 

A few years back I bought a "AM broadcaster" board from China. It seemed to me like some BSEE student's school project, the 
way it was worded, like the seller's own experiment. I found that the supplied schematic didn't match the circuit board: on the fly 
changes. Well, we're all trying to save a buck here ourselves, so what can we expect?
