[ARC5] SCR-274 System

Hello , my system is a complete SCR-274 with the exception of the HF 
transmitter. The rack for the transmitters had the second TX connector 
changed to an ARC-5 size, so I had to use an ARC-5 TX. The VHF TX is a 
BC-950 .
