[ARC5] dying hobby?

At my location, i cannot hear any HF inside except a couple S9 signals occasionally. But, i can hear the Minority Channels 1 thru maybe 5, from back east.
I wonder how many kW they are running. A friend in Peru' sent me an audio file for me to translate from CB to English. I had to explain that this poetic
style of English is executed with eyes riveted on a modulation meter; the goal is to never once during a transmission to let the meter needle fall; you have
to keep the spiel flowing and keep the meter needle up there. Each to his own, i guess, as long as they stay off my feet.
