[ARC5] R-508/ARC Conversion

It's true..They work just fine "stock"...
I got several requests about the system TX/TX/Control interconnects in the
system I built.  So yesterday I added a sketch down at the bottom of my
article to show that.  No cutting required!

Robert:  The Manual shows which wires were installed at the factory when
changing the filament supply voltage design between 12/24V primary.
Similar process as in an ARC-5 receiver.
