[ARC5] : ARC-5 tuning crank

I have found that the plastic pull-off knobs that were once very common on consumer electronics equipment fit very well onto Command Set tuning splines.  I have a few sets on which I added such knobs and they work just fine.  Presumably plastic rod could be drilled out to match the splines so that knobs could be mounted.
