[ARC5] VT-5 tube

Elliot,

You might consider donating it to a museum that preserves and displays old
tubes like this one.  We have a small WE tube collection at the California
Historical Radio Society (CHRS) in Alameda, CA, but I'm sure there are
other museums in the US that would be happy to have it.
