[ARC5] Nakajima BN5 conversion - How many things are wrong with this?

How many things are wrong with this 'Nakajima BN5' conversion of an AT-6 ?

1. Paint is too 'gloss'. Closer photos show this glossy finish better. This seems to be a common trait  of World War II aircraft restorations. 
2. Ailerons different color and impinge on Hinomaru ( "meatball" ). 
3. Japanese characters on side front.
4. Commemorative Air Force  logo on side.
5. ( not seen in this photo ) pilots' names painted in faux Oriental - style font on side just below cockpit.

Who would this convince?
