[ARC5] Old Military CW net

OK Chris,
FB! I used to listen to the AM net Saturday mornings too, and remember W3PWW. It was a blast to listen to all those old rigs!

And yes, I don't think the digital and RTTY stations QRL before dropping on a frequency. Glad the net moved!

I won't be able to get on this Sunday, but will in the future!
Looking forward to it!

73,
Steve WA3JJT

Yes indeed! The Net moved over a year ago to 3558 kHz still at 2100 Eastern EST/EDST. Tom, W2ILA is the usual NCS. Sadly, our long time NCS Ted, W3PWW became a Silent Key earlier this year. He had been off the air for a couple of years after moving to an assisted living facility.

The QRM from the digital stations (note that I did not use the term operators since much digital comms are just computers working other computers) forced us to move down the band to 3558.
