When I tried the the second link from my cell-phone, it diddn't work, but your method did.

When I tried both links from my desktop computer, both links worked just fine.

I have no idea why the difference. I am only reporting my result.

My next project will be to dig out my two cal-book-less LMs, restore them as necessary, then 
I plan to try both methods of making a cal-book, the software method, and the 73 magazine 
method. Then I will check them both for accuracy, and will report here.

I believe Roy Morgan will be completing his before I will be able to, though.
