[ARC5] [Milsurplus] Question about VHF air band HT

Because all light aircraft do not have radios.
When we purchased my old 1948 Cessna 170A it had a non-functional Narco
coffee grinder. We flew it for months before we replaced it with a
Collins VHF-251 radio.
