[ARC5] An apology

No apology needed!

Computers provide us with hours of productivity gains, but at the cost of
days of frustration.  Our modern technology is high performance but low
reliability!

I was always impressed with ARC-5 etc. WW-II gear for its reliability (not
to mention repairability!)
