Roy,

I would call that an HV x-former, (with filament winding.)  Not a filament transformer.

Where did you find the -30- listing?

For many decades I have had here a filament transformer
CRP· 301721
And though it does have markings telling the voltages, I was amazed to find it listed in the 30-class transformers listing
